Service Description

A one-hour video consultation where we together we look at who you are and what you are hoping to achieve with therapy, then match that with the various kinds of therapy and therapists available. You leave with a game plan to help you book your first session with a therapist. Included is a ten-minute follow up call or two email correspondences to discuss your progress after your first session.
